How do I redeem a gift card or certificate?
To redeem a gift card online, enter your gift card number on the shopping cart page. Simply enter the number when prompted, and the amount available will be deducted from your total. If there is a balance left, you can pay it using a credit card. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to reach out to cisco@dib-inc.com.
What payment methods do you accept?
The Cisco Store accepts the following payment methods. • Visa • MasterCard •Cisco gift certificate We are unable to accept checks, cash, or bank transfers
Who is responsible for paying duties and taxes for international shipments?
We try where possible to ensure that you don't experience duties and taxes, however where these are payable the recipient is responsible to cover these charges.
Can employees ship personal orders to a Cisco address?
Cisco employees should not ship international orders for personal use to a Cisco address. Please ship personal orders to a non-Cisco location.
How can I purchase an item not offered in the Cisco Store (such as a different color) or place a special order?
If you’re looking for something that isn’t featured in the Cisco Store, please contact a member of the team at cisco@dib-inc.com to discuss a special order. For such custom orders, minimum order quantities and lead times will apply, but these will be outlined by the team member.
